Donna Carre is the owner and founder of Organic Hair UK. She is a home hairstylist and specializes in hair integration systems and hair extensions for people suffering from hair loss issues. She also has a training academy where she passes on her wealth of knowledge and trains others in fitting and styling hairpieces.

The original website was very basic and Donna wasn’t happy with many style elements. We needed something that was more visually appealing and sophisticated to attract both her regular hair clients and also those looking for education on hair integration systems.

I used a free Showit template called Alive and Free from Go Live HQ and based a lot of the design off this, for a clean, minimal look. I created 6 pages to include Home, About, Services, Products, Training and Contact. We wanted to incorporate coral pink and lush green palm leaves to reflect the organic products Donna uses on her clients, so you can see these elements woven throughout the design.

I also worked with Donna to upload all of her course content into Teachable and link this to the website. So now her students can purchase courses and be taken to the course material right from her website.

I really enjoyed working on this project and was honored that Donna gave me complete design freedom with no limitations!
